Whilst assessing this site, you are accepting and agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.           

APPOINTMENTS

Though every client is assigned an hour, this does not indicate that each treatment will last for that duration.

Please arrive to your appointment on time, as clients who are more than 20 minutes late to their appointment will be charged a £10 late fee.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHUDLING

To cancel or reschedule an appointment a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your treatment is required and must be done via direct message or email.

It is important to note that appointment dates and times can be changed by our discretion, therefore please do keep an eye on your emails for any changes. If for any reason, you are unable to make a new proposed time/date please notify us beforehand and we will do our best to find an alternative date and time (although your deposit is not refundable). 

We cannot take responsibility if you miss updates on appointment times if you do not thoroughly read your email notifications.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

Please be aware that all deposits are Non-Refundable and are Non-Transferable to existing appointments.

Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE, otherwise your deposit will be lost if you cannot make your appointment.

Please DO NOT book a new appointment and ask for your original appointment to be cancelled or refunded. 

WHO MAY USE THE SERVICES?

All treatments are for WOMEN ONLY; however, we do offer the chemical peel treatment for both men and women.

Clients must be 18 years or older to have a treatment.

To comply with health and safety regulations please do not bring children to your appointment.
